THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT THR FAKE GROUP
KNOWN AS
GEORGIA
TRIBE OF EASTERN CHEROKEE, ECHOTA FIRE
Headed up by William Taylor of Cherokee, N.C.
Dear friends:
It is beginning to be beneath me to continue this ridiculas
tirade with the biggest crook in the south east, William Taylor,
of Locust Rd., Cherokee, NC. (He lives on the Qualla Boundary.
He is not Cherokee but is married to one) First, I would like
to ask each of you a question, do you or your spouse work? Mr.
William Taylor, neither his wife nor any of his brother’s
work. They make their living as con-men off of many of you..
Conning people like you. They all drive new cars and trucks
by suckering people who believe his many lies.
Ask your self how that can be?? I will tell you, by being the
con-men that they are. We daily get inquires from people all
over the country asking about their Georgia Cherokee benefits,
promised by the Taylor’s to them. Of course they look
up the Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee and we receive their
mail. Many have said that they intend to report the Taylor’s
to the Postal authorities. I will be happy to mail any one copies
of Newspapers in which Taylor proclaims himself as Chief of
other Tribes in the country as well. See, all he has to do is
get a copy of another tribe’s card and have it duplicated,
with his name as Chief. One in particular which I was reminded
of was a newspaper from Canada, where in Taylor claims to be
the Chief of the MeHerrin Tribe of North Carolina, in addition
to being the Chief of the Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee,
Echota Fire UKB. I will be happy to send a copy to any one who
requests it. The Canadian newspaper reported it all to the FBI
of the U.S. It’s all in the newspaper, the complete story.
To be a good con-man you have to be a slick talker, Taylor is
that, a slick talker con-man. Remember Jim Baker of TV Evangelist
fame. He too, professed to be a Christian, while stealing all
he could from old women. He too was a slick talker. He was sentenced
to many years in jail. Taylor tells you of a court document
that he knows is totally false. He had his shyster lawyer draw
up that document and had an eighty year old retired judge sign
it. The shyster lawyer should have been reported to the State
Bar Association. The true story behind that false and misleading
document is that William Taylor got hold of funds belonging
to the true Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee, by fraud, and
upon being dismissed from the rolls because he lied about his
residency and his genealogy, he had the funds placed in a Bank
under the false name of Ecohta Fire. When we learned of that,
I was asked to try to recover the stolen funds from Mr. Taylor
by attempting to intervene with the Bank he had deposited it
in. Upon the trial however, the court had no choice but to deliver
the funds that were still being held by the Bank, not by any
one personally as he would have you believe, to the name of
the depositor, that being the false Georgia Tribe of Eastern
Cherokee, Echota Fire UKB. The Court then stated we could all
fight over it in another court, that that question was not before
him and he could not rule on it. We felt it was worth the $6,000
to hopefully get rid of William Taylor once and for all, but
alas, that was not to be the case.
The shyster lawyer they used got $3,000 of the money good honest
Georgia Cherokee people gave to purchase a meeting hall. Taylor
had his lawyer alter the judgment to have it reflected that
he represented and was the Chief of the true state recognized
tribe in Georgia. The old Judge did not even read what was put
before him to sign. Therefore it is worthless Judgment and by
adding the ridiculas statement that the Echota Fire was the
officially recognized Tribe in Georgia. NO Judge can alter the
code section of Georgia recognizing the three state tribes.
A senile one used by a shyster lawyer will sign anything. It
is the lawyer who was at fault. The rules of the court are that
the opposing party is to be shown the order that was drawn up
by the opposing attorney. Their shyster lawyer did not do that.
But par for the course, he had the Judge sign it without showing
it to any one but William Taylor who asked that he draw up the
spurious Judgment and make the changes. That is how such a document
can and did come into being. Lets talk about the case where
in Lumpkin County, Georgia; William Taylor was barred from ever
using the name Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee in any form
ever again.
Isn’t strange that he forgot to tell you about that case.
It is styled :
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF LUMPKIN COUNTY
GEORGIA TRIBE OF EASTERN CHEROKEE
Thomas B.Mote, individually and as Chief of the Case No. 98CV
DB
Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee
Vs
Johnny Chattin,William Taylor, et al
Stating that they have no authority to act on behalf of the
Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee and are hereby barred from
ever doing so in the future. ETC.
Signed: The Honorable David Barrett, Judge
There are too many other Court cases that William Taylor has
been involved in Georgia to list. Civil Action: No.98CV-392DB,
the cases go on and on. Lumpkin County, GA.
William Taylor, his brothers, Frank and Alan and their co-conspirator
John (Eagle Spirit) Campbell are at it again. Keep in mind that
none of these men live or ever have lived in the State of Georgia.
By building up their con-man scheme, they feel like they have
struck gold and have in many ways. By making you believe that
William Taylor is the true State recognized Chief of the Georgia
Tribe of Eastern Cherokee, Echota Fire UKB, he has manage to
sell hundreds, no thousands of people false enrollment cards
in the Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee, Echota Fire. He has
even worked up a scheme to sell sub charters to wannabee groups,
telling them that by paying him as much as $5,000.00 for the
sub-charter, they have been brought under the Umbrella of the
State recognized Tribe of Georgia. Then he sells each of their
members a personal enrollment card for $120.00 each, like I
said he has created an Illegal Gold Mine for him self and his
brothers and John Campbell of Tenn. Have any of you his members
ever seen or been told about all this money?? The answer is
positively NO. Keep reading this site. We will reveal copies
of these fraudulent documents.
For the record:
William Taylor lives on the Qualla Boundary in Cherokee, NC
Frank Taylor lives at: 1777 Country Rd 741
Henagar, Ala 35978
256-657-5094 the area code tells you where he lives. Yet he
lies along with his brothers as shown on the Fake letterhead
as living in Chatsworth, GA.
ftaylor@farmerstel.com
Please go to Godaddy.com
Look up Georgia CherokeeNation.com
You will see that it is registered to Frank Taylor of Alabama.
Note that this is part of his fraud, claiming to live in Georgia
in a PO Box., located in Chatsworth, GA.
Also note the poll tax they charge to stay enrolled with them.
If you do not pay it he kicks you out.
It is clearly stated on one of the documents that we include
in this expose’
Also on this letterhead is a reference to the fact that they
are federally recognized by the United Keetoowah Band of Oklahoma,
again ALL lies. Impersonating a Federal Tribe.
A Federal offense.
Also included is a Forged Mohawk Council letterhead by William
Taylor. Sent to us by the Mohawk Council themselves. Where Taylor
was selling Mohawk cards.
Part of the Canadian Newspaper stating the fraud by William
Taylor and others, where they turned it over to the FBI in the
U.S. is also included here.
I am sure that many of you will recognize the names:
Norbert Johnsons:
Calvin Hall
Oliver Collins
Also following is pages 8 , 9,12 and 14 of one of the fake
sub-charters he sells. Read it carefully, it puts William Taylor
in charge of all the Tribes he sub-charters, as if under the
laws of Georgia, code section 44-12-300.
Also pages from 7 and 10 of one dated July 26,2002
Mr. Taylor and many people who have posted on his site stating
that The State of Georgia
gave recognition to all the states that once comprised the old
Cherokee Nation. How ignorant can people be? Georgia has absolutely
NO authority to recognize any one from any other state. The
Georgia recognition bill was passed to recognize those Cherokee
descendants still living in Georgia or those who can trace back
to one of the legitimate rolls of Georgia Cherokees. Just like
the Tenn. legislature cannot recognized anyone in Georgia by
their own State recognition, if and when they ever do recognized
anyone in Tenn. Each state has to recognize its own Indian descendants;
William Taylor has no authority to do more than Georgia’s
own state legislature. Just because they draw up a fake document
proclaiming that they can, does not make it so. Who gave William
Taylor the authority to amend the laws of the state of Georgia??
By changing the recognition process and attempting to change
the name of the State recognized Tribe? Only the legislature
can do that, not con-man Taylor. People, if you are Cherokee,
you all are doing a great injustice to the entire Cherokee people
in assisting Mr. Taylor in continuing to carry on these fraudulent
acts.
The true Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee as recognized by
the State legislature requires absolute proof of your Cherokee
connection. Back to a legitimate Cherokee roll. Mr. Taylor group
does not, because he cannot himself.
Mr. Taylor on his own home page attempts to pay honor to William
Dover, our first Chief. Mr. Dover is still a member of the recognized
Tribe. Look on the front page of the web site of the Georgia
Tribe of Eastern Cherokee, go to bottom of page and click on
GTEC Notables. You will see that Mr. Dover is listed as the
past chief for life, emeritus.
Also see Mr. Thomas Motes name listed as a member as well, also
a past chief.
And yet in this exposé’s a copy of a newspaper
clipping where Mr. Taylor states that he impeached Mr. Dover
for theft and kicked him out of his tribe. Mr.Dover has never
been a part of the fake Echota Tribe created by William Taylor.
With all this turmoil going on, embarrassing the State of Georgia.
Mr. Sneed was appointed by the Governor of Georgia to attempt
to get this mess straightened out.
We have exposed Mr. Taylors illegal exploits and he is fighting
back as hard as he can. However, his continuing to do so will
result in criminal charges being placed against him and his
group for the continuing fraudulent acts by the state. All who
support him are assisting and abetting him in his illegal activities
and may be charged as well. Even if you live out of state. Mr.
Meeks of Tenn. beware. You are walking on thin ice yourself.
